Spring Summer 2018

The Spring 2018 Collection is inspired by the ancient island of Cossyra between Italy and Tunisia, known today as Pantelleria. Shinhye was struck by the vivid yet languid setting from the movie A Bigger Splash adapted from the French original La Piscine.

The focus of this Collection is on the unusual colors found on the volcanic island: deep ocean blue with a hint of forest green, clay grays, the colors of wild scrub. The juxtaposition of island forms inspired the Designer to create pieces informed both by man-made architecture and the terraced slopes of the Mediterranean landscape.

The colors dance together yet never overwhelm. These pieces are indulgent yet versatile, appropriate for a walk in a metropolis or in the sand - always elevating an otherwise ordinary day.
