Please consider that each LEHHO piece is made to order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer site credit or a gift card in exchange for your return within 7 days of the arrival of your purchase. The cost of any return shipping to Korea is the responsibility of the buyer, and we encourage you to get a tracking number.
In order to process a return for store credit or a gift card, you must notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
To be eligible for returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached.
To process your return, please email us at customerservice@lehho.com with the reason for the return and we will send you further instructions.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be accepted.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after receipt of goods will not be accepted.
